Directors

A (Pty) Ltd needs at least one director. Directors must be natural persons, 18 or older, and not disqualified (unrehabilitated insolvent, or removed from office for dishonesty). ID numbers are required for registration: see the POPIA note in section H.

We are required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act to verify every director and shareholder before we act. After you submit, you'll get a secure upload link: nothing needs to be attached here. Tick what you have ready:
