Removing and appointing trustees

Tell us who is coming on or stepping down. We will confirm what the deed requires, prepare the resolutions and the Master's forms, and give you a fixed fee. It takes about three minutes. Fields marked * are required; leave anything that doesn't apply blank.

Your information stays on your device. We store your answers securely when you send them to us. Until then, a draft stays on this device only. We handle it in confidence, in line with POPIA.

Section A

Your details

So we know who we are dealing with and how to come back to you.

Section B

The trust

Give us what you have. Leave blank anything you are not sure of, we can look it up.

Section C

The change you want

Worth knowing. A newly appointed trustee may not act for the trust until the Master has issued amended Letters of Authority naming them. Anything signed before that date can be challenged, so plan around the Master's turnaround rather than the signing date.

Section D

Anything else

Section E · Optional

Supporting documents

If you have them to hand, attach the current Letters of Authority, the trust deed and any later amendments. It saves a round of emails, but send the form without them if you don't. Photos are fine: all four corners visible. JPG, PNG or PDF, max 10MB each.

Optional. You can still send without files and follow up later.

Review & send

Check the summary below, then download it or send it through. Upload the Letters of Authority and deed (if you have them) in the Supporting documents section above.
